This policy describes information handling for the Bespoke Functional Medicine TRT landing-page routes under bespoke-hormones.ca/male-hormones/. It does not replace privacy notices supplied during clinical intake.
Information this landing page may process

No online intake or booking
This funnel does not transmit an intake form and does not provide online booking. Patients are directed to call the clinic. Do not submit urgent medical concerns or sensitive health information through general website forms.
Analytics and advertising technology
The pages contain Google Tag Manager container GTM-TQN5QRBS. Depending on the tags configured in that container and your consent choices, Google, Meta or other approved providers may receive device, browser, campaign and interaction information for measurement and advertising performance. GTM itself is a tag-delivery system; the active tags must be reviewed separately.
Local storage and campaign attribution
